"I love State Farm. But this branch needs to be closed down. Incompetent at best. Maybe even racist. My partner spent months trying to get them to merge my account with hers and they kept messing it up and then gaslighting her even though they were completely failing to do anything they said they would do. Finally we got my own insurance agent to transfer her account to mine and it took him like two days. In summation, State Farm is great, but avoid this branch and go somewhere else."
